PHILOSOPHY
ATHLETES FIRST GOLFERS SECOND
The primary focus of junior philosophy is to nurture athletes, followed by cultivating competitive golfers, while instilling a deep appreciation for the game of golf throughout the journey.
LONG TERM ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) is an approach to junior golf training that emphasizes age-appropriate physical, mental, and technical development over the course of a golfer's lifetime. The LTAD framework recognizes that golfers progress at different rates and that optimal training methods and strategies may vary based on the athlete's developmental stage. By providing a structured and comprehensive approach to training, LTAD can help junior golfers build a solid foundation of physical and technical skills, improve their performance on the course, and foster a lifelong love for the game.
